After hosting 6 days of State Tournament at our ballpark, we had a few days to get the kids ready to go to Santa Barbara for baseball / softball camp. While they were at camp, Kevin and I spent a few days in Solvang, came back to work for one day and went straight back to pick up the kids. Morgan got out of camp on Thursday and Dalton on Friday, so we spent some time on the coast. We visited Solvang with Morgan then picked up Dalton on Friday and headed to Avila Beach. The sea lions were out, along with the pelicans and even some squirrels in the rocks. After stopping at the Avila Valley Farm to feed the animals (we washed our hands), we drove into Morro Bay for lunch. The beach was very windy on the north side of the bay, but the kids had fun collecting shells or little crabs. We are finally at home again, Kevin is at work (his new shift is horrible) and the kids are at a birthday party with Nana. This week starts Regional Tournament in Kingsburg.
