Our New Addition

There is a new member to our family, her name is Big Bertha. She is 25 cubic feet of pure pleasure! A trip to Costco and Winco did not even make her blink. I'm sure she will provide many years of joy, the last one was with us for over 12 years. Don't worry though, she is being retired to the garage.

You would expect that since this happened at work the employer would be responsible to take some kind of action as well. Anyways, if you have a co-worker that b...

Cooler Nights = Quilting

If you would like to curl up under this quilt with your favorite book and a cup of hot chocolate, contact Immanuel High School. This quilt will be up for auction on November 1st at their dinner auction fundraiser. We will see if this quilt can beat the little league quilt that sold for $2100. I will consider requests for special orders from family, friends and non-profit organizations.

Paso Robles Wine Country

The weather was gorgeous and the wine was even better. Kevin and I had the opportunity to spend the weekend at the coast and take a wine tour. Special thanks to Rotta Winery for their hospitality and personal tour for our group! I finally got to taste all of their wines and came home with more bottles than I care to admit.
